Current responsibilities:
As an Executive Vice President of JLL Portland’s Occupier Services team, Matt has over 21 years of experience in Commercial Real estate representing tenants from startups to large Fortune 500 corporations. Matt spearheads all aspects of corporate/tenant representation and his expertise includes short-term and long-term strategic planning; lease, sublease and purchase and sale negotiations; qualitative and quantitative analysis; national and international market research and transaction and lease management for local and national clients.
Prior to joining JLL, Matt was a Partner and Senior Vice President with Cresa Portland where Matt’s attention to detail and national market expertise built and established long term trusted relationships with corporations of all sizes and was integral to the successful completion of many projects spanning the globe.
