Matt Witlin brings his real estate advisory expertise to Jones Lang LaSalle following its July 2008 merger with The Staubach Company. Mr. Witlin is a Senior Vice President in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Tenant Representation Group in Tysons Corner, VA. Mr. Witlin’s extensive knowledge of Government and Government Contractors, combined with a background in finance and consulting, allows him to provide clients with a sophisticated and unique scope of services that align real estate objectives to business strategy.

Since joining Staubach in 2004, Mr. Witlin has participated in a variety of complex portfolio assignments, lease negotiations and mixed-use development activities. Recently, Mr. Witlin has focused on serving secure government clients and government contractors in complex large scale Headquarter type leases in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. In addition, Mr. Witlin has worked on several large scale site selection projects across the country.
The leases and site selections include highly secure special use facilities of the Department of Defense, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Scitor Corporation.
Mr. Witlin received his MBA from Duke University. He graduated Cum Laude from University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology. In addition, Mr. Witlin is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and holds the certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. He holds Real Estate Licenses in VA, MD and DC.
