Current Responsibilities
Matt Shewey specializes in representing tenants and landlords with the acquisition and disposition of their office space in San Francisco and throughout the Bay Area. Over his 14 year career, Matt has leased or sold over 5.8 million square feet with a consideration of over $2.1 billon. Matt works with several of the top institutional landlords in the country and has represented assets ranging from 50,000 square feet to some of the most prolific buildings in San Francisco. Most notably, he leased the Transamerica Pyramid, a trophy asset and one of the most recognizable buildings in the world.
