Matt Daniels brings 22 years of commercial real estate experience to JLL’s Suburban Boston Leasing team with experience representing tenant and landlords in the Greater Boston Market. As Brokerage Lead and Executive Managing Director, Matt and his team continue to be market leaders in structuring the region’s most complex and creative transactions on behalf of their clients.
Experience
•Endurance International: A leader in web-conferencing services, Matt serves as a lead advisor for Endurance’s 1,000,000-square- foot international real estate portfolio. Most recently Matt advised Endurance on its 114,000-square-foot headquarters relocation to 10 Corporate Drive in Burlington, MA.
•Goodrich Corporation: A 230,000-square-foot expansion to Technology Park Drive in Westford. This deal received the 2010 Industrial Deal of the Year as selected by the Commercial Brokers Association.
•National Development: As the team lead for New England Executive Park, Matt has led a successful lease-up campaign driving the 1.1-million-square-foot asset occupancy levels from 76% to 96%.
