Current Responsibilities
Mary Kate is an Associate in JLL’s Wilmington, Delaware office. Mary Kate concentrates her efforts on the commercial brokerage team and provides both tenant and landlord representation services to clients throughout Delaware.
Prior to joining JLL, Mary Kate was the Property Manager and Leasing Specialist at Lang Development Group in Newark Delaware. She managed over 400,000 SF of office and retail space consisting of over 80 tenants.
Professional and charitable affiliations
Mary Kate is a member of the Delaware Commercial Industrial Realty Council (CIRC) and she is a Board Member for Delaware Commercial Real Estate Women (DREW). My Kate is the President of the Ursuline Academy Alumnae Association. Mary Kate also volunteers with Serviam Girls Academy and is on the planning committee for their annual Evening Under the Stars fundraising event.
Education
Mary Kate is a licensed Salesperson in Delaware. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Delaware. Prior to her time at UD, Mary Kate attended Ursuline Academy in Wilmington, DE.
