Mary is based in Charlotte where she specializes in landlord representation across the Carolinas and the Southeast. She utilizes her experience and connections within the market to secure the best tenant mix for each property while also maximizing a return on investment. Mrs. McLanahan understands that leasing transactions are partnerships that must be structured to benefit all parties, and she approaches each client, property, and transaction with this perspective.
With over 10 years of experience in commercial development, retail brokerage, landlord representation and asset management Mrs. McLanahan provides her clients with a unique skill set to help drive property value and manage tenant relationships. Prior to joining JLL, she worked for Providence Group Capital where she sourced new acquisition and development opportunities while also creating and executing on leasing strategies.
Education and Affiliations:
Mrs. McLanahan attended Charleston Southern University where she studied business. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). She holds a real estate license in the state of North Carolina.
