Marlys Polson serves as Senior Vice President for JLL Valuation Advisory and oversees the quality control review process for real estate appraisals.
Experience
Ms. Polson has experience in valuation of a variety of businesses and partial interests for estate planning purposes, estate valuation, and profit sharing plan year end valuations. These assignments have involved both operating companies and entities with real estate as the primary asset. The entities have included corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and tenancies in common. Ms. Polson has also completed several due diligence assignments for government entities and pension funds. In addition to business valuation, Ms. Polson has extensive experience in commercial real estate appraisal.
Ms. Polson has many years of management, accounting, and analysis experience in real estate, financial and public accounting firms. As General Manager for Corporate Woods Office Park, she participated in the preparation of the business plan and valuation of the property using Argus financial modeling software, as well as managing the operations of that 2.2 million square foot office park.
