Mark is a Managing Director in JLL Capital Markets, Americas. Mark provides clients with data-driven solutions, executing on a variety of product types. The team creates value for property owners by monetizing and attracting development, investment and recapitalization structures for value-add assets and land.
Mark has 18 years of commercial real estate experience across a variety of disciplines. Before joining JLL in 2012, Mark managed development and repositioning initiatives within a portfolio of urban retail and mixed-use properties for Atlanta-based developer Healey Weatherholtz Properties. Previous positions include acquisitions and development for Equity One, a public REIT (now Regency Centers Corporation); financial consulting for ACG Professionals, a real estate finance consulting firm; and acquisitions and development for the Telluride Real Estate Corporation, a development firm.
Mark is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, contributing on a local, regional and national level to the mission of the organization. Nationally for ULI, Mark is a member of the Urban Revitalization Council, which explores best practices for redevelopment and revitalization of city centers, older neighborhoods, historic districts, and other core urban areas. Locally with ULI, Mark is the co-founder and a member of the Creative Development Council, as well as a Mentor to young ULI members. Mark is also a 2012 graduate of ULI's Center for Leadership program.
