Mark Holmstrom is the Global Head of Consulting at JLL. Mark is very passionate about transforming and reimagining the future of work for companies worldwide to improve the lives of their employees, customers and partners.
Experience
Mark has over 20+ years of experience with real estate facilities, hardware, software, cloud, culture design, human capital, human resources, experience design, digital transformation, strategy, process excellence, data, analytics, finance and value to help solve some of the most complex, cross functional challenges and unleash an organization’s future potential. His view allows him to bring together leading ideas and practices that span across industries and functions to reimagine work to compete as a 21st century enterprise. Mark specializes in helping companies transform how they work using human-centered design to rethink the employee and people experiences. Solutions typically include new combinations of technology, physical space and practices to unleash new value for organizations, employees, customers and other partners. Typical work engages directly with senior leadership of a company who manage human resources, information technology, facilities, methods, training and product development. Mark is a creative, hands-on leader who enjoys helping companies unlock new value through re-imagining work, workforce and workplace needs.
Before joining Deloitte, Mark was a founding partner of Infosys Consulting, where he served as Chief Innovation Officer and Global Managing Partner of the Strategy Practice. He grew Infosys Consulting from 0 - 32,000 employees over 10 years with $2.5B in revenue and 29% operating margin (after tax). Mark served as a board member at TaraSpan, a technology services and distribution company based in Ottawa, Canada. Mark also founded a rock climbing equipment manufacturing company, Epic Sport, and set up worldwide distribution in over 20 countries.
Education and Affiliations
Mark holds a Masters of Management degree from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern and a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Utah. He lives in Tiburon, California with his wife and three kids. When not working, Mark can be found kiteboarding on the San Francisco bay, rock climbing in the mountains or skiing with family and friends.
