Mr. Blanes is the Director of Operations for Engineering Services for JLL in Latin America. Leading a team composed of regional and national engineers in Puerto Rico, Brazil, Mexico, Central and South America, his responsibilities are to provide technical support, consulting services, due diligence, program management, and training, to our IFM business, as well as to lead the Mobile and Static Engineering lines of services for our different clients. His group is dedicated in developing, implementing, monitoring, and improving our engineering best practices in Critical Environment Management (CEM), ESS, Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S), and the preventive maintenance practice. Mr. Blanes and his team are also the Quality Assurance auditors for the Region, and part of the transition team for all new clients in Latin America.
