Current Responsibilities
As Vice President/Associate Director for JLL’s Project and Development Services in the South Central Region, Lisa Rivera-Clark manages projects from design development through construction close-out. Her duties include project planning, design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, contract negotiation, risk management and construction oversight.

Experience
Lisa utilizes over 20 years of construction management experience. She has a track record of projects successfully completed nationwide and has successfully collaborated on multiple design-build projects with owners, developers and design professionals to identify and resolve design issues prior to and during construction to result in on-time delivery with the least impact on project budget.

Prior to joining the JLL Team, Lisa completed Phase I construction of the mixed-use development, Eilan, in San Antonio, TX that included 200,000 SF of class A+ office space, 600,000 SF luxury multi-family, 165 room hotel and retail components as well as site amenities. After completing construction, Lisa acted as Facility Manager until divestment of property at request of project developer. Lisa has managed diverse projects including mid and high-rise residential, mid-rise office, mixed-use developments, distribution centers, telecom, call centers and educational facilities.

Education and Affiliations
Lisa studied Construction Management at Tarrant College and has been a LEED accredited professional since 2009. She is a member of USGBC as well as CREW San Antonio, ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative, and the Construction Management Association of America. Lisa has completed OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety and Health Training and is currently studying for her WELL Building credentials.

In her free time, Lisa enjoys her yoga practice, spending time with friends and family kayaking, paddle boarding, and bike riding.
