Director, Capital Markets
Lindsey Fahey is a Director in the Denver office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas with more than 12 years of experience in land and investment sales involving a change in use. Lindsey is involved in the valuation, marketing strategy development and asset disposition services for clients including Fortune 500 companies, private developers and landowners, non-profits, and a variety of public sector organizations. Recent projects include leading the disposition of McDonald’s Corporation’s global and regional headquarter sites in Oak Brook, Illinois, as well as the disposition of a 4 million square foot manufacturing facility in Montgomery, IL for Caterpillar. She has also advised in the disposition of over $140 million in urban and suburban infill development sites nationally.
Lindsey joined JLL in 2010 as part of the Public Institutions team, leading the Chicago Transit Authority and State of Illinois accounts. She has completed highest and best use studies for transit-oriented development properties across the US and has advised multiple higher education institutions on various real estate asset monetization strategies. Additionally, Lindsey led portfolio strategy development in Latin America for Procter & Gamble as part of JLL’s Corporate Solutions Strategic Consulting team. She was recognized by the NAIOP Chicago chapter with the Broker Transaction of the Year – Office Investment Sale award in 2019 for the sale of the McDonald’s Global. Prior to joining JLL, Lindsey was a Realty Specialist for the U.S General Services Administration where she conducted market research, financial analysis and negotiated leases for federal agencies. Lindsey has also worked as a city planner both in the private and public sectors.
