Current responsibilities
Lindsay is the Transaction Manager for the FedEx Express account, currently delivering Transaction Management Services to the client across half of the country. As the Transaction Lead on the account, she manages the industrial and office transactions within the Northeast and Midwest.
Experience
Previous to her current role, Lindsay was a Vice President in the JLL Industrial Practice Group in Baltimore, Maryland. Her primary focus was Industrial and Flex space and she specialized in tenant representation and agency leasing in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Mrs. Summerfield's responsibilities included strategic consulting, site selection, acquisitions, dispositions, and business development.
Mrs. Summerfield joined JLL in March of 2013. Prior to JLL, she was with Colliers International, where she concentrated on office and industrial leasing and sales in Howard County, Maryland. Her career in commercial real estate began at CBRE in Boston, Massachusetts in 2001. She has more than 16 years of corporate and commercial real estate experience.
Education and Affiliations
Mrs. Summerfield holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina. She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Maryland and Pennsylvania. She grew up in Boston, Massachusetts and has resided in Baltimore for the past 15 years.
