Current responsibilities
Lei-Lani Keelan, an Executive Vice President with JLL, provides real estate advisory services to clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. Lei-Lani’s career spans over 13 years, advising a broad range of tenants in their real estate transactions. She provides tactical and experienced negotiation strategies, while leveraging the JLL platform with its broad range of services for the betterment of her clients.
Lei-Lani helps lead the High-Growth Technology Practice Group in San Francisco, advising venture-backed companies as they scale into creative, culture-focused locations, all the while maintaining the necessary flexibility for growth.
Experience
Throughout Lei-Lani’s career, she has negotiated on behalf of both private and public companies, having leased or sold over 4 million square feet. Early in her career, she was awarded Silicon Valley Business Journal’s Top 40 under 40 professionals.
