Current responsibilities
Based in San Antonio, Land specializes in landlord and tenant representation for JLL. He is responsible for helping clients identify and secure optimal locations to reach customers and drive value for their organization. Land’s experience in enterprise technology sales, landlord, and tenant representation has enabled him to develop and maintain strong relationships at the national, regional and local level.
Representative clients past and present include Air Force Federal Credit Union, T-Mobile, BioLife, Goodwill of San Antonio, Charles Schwab, Big Blue Swim School, Luby’s, United Health Markets, Athena Domain, Covenant Group, MLSA Ventures, and more.
Experience
Land brings six years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with expertise in landlord representation and tenant representation. Prior to joining JLL, he worked as an Associate with Stream Realty Partners where he was responsible for leasing retail space on numerous shopping centers in San Antonio. Land has completed over $107,000,000 in total transaction value.

Land received a Bachelor of Human Sciences degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
