Executive Vice President
Lance Drenning currently has Executive Oversight responsibilities for 20+ Work Dynamics accounts that stretch throughout the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Germany and includes a team of 200 employees and 31M SF.
For these accounts, Lance oversees the management of all contracted services (PDS, IFM, MAC, OP, LA), client relationships, development and retention of talent and the overall growth and profitability.
Outside of his direct account responsibilities he’s a member of the Work Dynamics Central Region and Pittsburgh Leadership teams.
During his time with the firm, Lance has been and continues to be involved with various specialty assignments including leading strategic client pursuits, key account transitions and evaluating new business tools to improve service delivery.
Lance joined JLL in 2006, where he began his work on the Citizens Financial Group account leading data management, technology solution implementation and lean process control.
In 2008 he later moved into the Account Manager role on the RBS Americas account. There he oversaw service delivery for the centralized real estate Service Center, Lease Administration, Project Coordination and Data Management for the client’s headquarters and 1800+ retail and office locations across the United States and Canada.
Lance was also a key leader amongst the team that developed, launched, and currently operate the IFM On Demand product. As a result of the overwhelming success, Lance and the team were awarded a Da Vinci Award and the JLL Innovation of the Year Award in 2011.
Prior to joining JLL, Lance served as a Business Software Architect for both the Mellon Financial Corporation and General Electric where he was a part of each firm’s leadership development programs.
