Current responsibilities
Lance Drenning leads all client account operations and is responsible for the Client Sourcing & Procurement platform and its strategy for the Americas region including Work Dynamics, Project Development Services and Property Management.
He leads a team of 500+ employees and partners with Solutions Development, Product Sourcing & Category Management and JLL stakeholders to drive strategic sourcing initiatives, business growth, and operational excellence.
Lance is also a member of the Americas Work Dynamics Board.
Experience
Lance joined JLL in 2006, where he began his work on the Citizens Financial Group account leading data management, technology solution implementation and lean process control.
In 2008 he later moved into the Account Manager role on the RBS Americas account. There he oversaw service delivery for the centralized real estate Service Center, Lease Administration, Project Coordination and Data Management for the client’s headquarters and 1800+ retail and office locations across the United States and Canada.
Lance was also a key leader amongst the team that developed, launched, and currently operate the IFM On Demand product. As a result of the overwhelming success, Lance and the team were awarded a Da Vinci Award and the JLL Innovation of the Year Award in 2011.
Most recently, Lance was a Group Account Executive in JLL’s East Division and had Executive Oversight responsibilities for 20+ Work Dynamics accounts that stretched throughout the Americas, EMEA, and APAC and included a team of 1000+ employees. For the portfolio of accounts, Lance oversaw the management of all contracted services, client relationships, development and retention of talent and its overall growth and profitability.
Prior to joining JLL, Lance served as a Business Software Architect for both the BNY Mellon Financial Corporation and General Electric where he was a part of each firm’s leadership development programs.
