Current Responsibilities
Kyle Young specializes in both tenant and landlord representation in the New York market, specifically in Lower Manhattan. Mr. Young joined JLL in 2012 as an associate with the primary responsibilities of business development and strategic growth opportunities.

Experience
Mr. Young has three years of experience as a leasing broker in Manhattan. As a tenant representative advisor, he has represented and supported a roster of prominent tenants, including Complex Media, Red Hat, CJS Builders, and Asset Control Services. As a landlord representative, he has advised MetLife, Inc., Savanna Partners and Princeton International Properties.
