Current responsibilities:
Kris brings extensive local experience to JLL’s Norfolk office representing industrial tenants and landlords to assist with bulk distribution and e-commerce industrial real estate needs. Kennedy is a member of JLL’s national Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions Team
Experience:
Kris has transacted commercial leases and dispositions ranging from 10,000 square feet to 350,000 square feet in 2018. Kris completed a 320,000 s.f. disposition which at the time was the largest industrial infill available in the market. Before joining JLL’s brokerage team, Kris worked for C.H. Robinson, the largest global 3PL provider. As a capacity account manager, he worked closely with companies like Anheuser-Busch and Dollar Tree to simplify and cost effectively manage their supply chains.
