Current Responsibilities:
Kevin is a food & beverage industrial broker out of JLL’s Dallas, TX office. Due to the niche nature of this alternative asset class, he covers all US geographies, and he has a broad service line background with experience in tenant rep, agency, investment sales and debt & equity transactions. This perspective lends itself to a well-rounded yet product and client focused approach. By drawing upon F&B industry relationships and JLL’s robust reach and network he assembles transaction specific teams to help clients to best accomplish their goals in a fragmented and underserved sector of the real estate industry.
Experience:
Prior to his role at JLL, Kevin worked at Newmark for six years where he as a food & beverage industrial broker.
Education and Affiliations:
Kevin received his bachelor’s degree in real estate finance from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas.
He is an active participant in several industry professional groups and serves as an ambassador / teacher’s assistant for the CRE Analyst Fast Track program.
