Ken creates customized real estate solutions for our corporate clients and oversees Michigan property management assignments from the Ann Arbor and Royal Oak, Michigan offices.  Ken is a 30 year veteran of JLL property and facility management operations.  Ken has a proven track record of identifying and implementing comprehensive value-added solutions for facility management and real estate services.

Throughout his career, Ken has led teams in property and facility management in Illinois and Michigan. Ken transformed our facility management platform to benefit industrial clients such as Whirlpool, Cardinal Health, ExxonMobil, General Motors and other clients while being part of the team that grew our industrial facility management platform. In addition, Ken was an active leader in marketing Mobile Engineering Services and worked to help secure our first major hospital group real estate and facility management assignment.

Prior to his current role, he was the Central Regional Director for our Integrated Facility Management practice, overseeing 20 major client accounts and over 1,200 properties in 50 million square feet. In this position, he helped clients save millions in operating expenses and add value through integration of operations. He also served as Client Relationship Manager for key accounts including General Motors, Delphi, and JP Morgan Chase and held leadership positions on the AT&T account. In his account leadership positions, he gained experience delivering our full suite of products to a distributed portfolio of properties while leveraging resources and technologies in the process. He began his career with the company, first as a leasing agent and later as a property manager for various properties in the greater Chicago area including One Energy Center and MetroWest in Naperville and Parkway North Center in Deerfield, IL. Before joining JLL, Ken held operations and sales management positions in the telecommunications and healthcare fields.

Ken holds an MBA in supply chain management and a BA in general business from Michigan State University. He is an active member of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) and the Detroit chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
