Ken Voyles serves is a Senior Project Management Director with JLL’s Environmental Services group. Mr. Voyles is a dynamic and versatile professional with over 27 years of experience providing environmental consulting services with respect to high-value real estate investments. He works with equity investors, real estate investment trusts, financial institutions, law firms, insurance companies, and developers, assessing environmental risks with respect to commercial and industrial real estate investments. As an experienced environmental consultant, he combines many years of environmental expertise with a robust collaborative network to assist his clients in meeting their environmental needs.

His experience includes environmental due diligence (ASTM - Fannie Mae - Freddie Mac - SBA), vapor intrusion concerns, Phase II soil and groundwater contamination assessments, soil and groundwater remediation, third-party review, waste characterization and disposal, expert witness testimony, and business development. In the past, Mr. Voyles has worked with BBG, CBRE, Rust Environment and Infrastructure (now AECOM), and Law Engineering and Environmental Services (now Wood).
