Current responsibilities:
Kenneth Gill serves as Executive Director and National Practice Lead of Healthcare for JLL Value and Risk Advisory. In this role, he focuses on providing valuation for properties in the healthcare sector, drug treatment and recovery centers, urgent care centers, and freestanding emergency departments. Valuation and advisory services include real property and going-concern appraisals, fair market rent studies for Stark compliance, purchase price allocations for FASB ASC 805 and ASC 820 compliance, and other consulting services as requested by clients. Mr. Gill provides valuation and advisory services for healthcare-related properties nationwide.
Experience:
Prior to joining JLL in late 2016, Mr. Gill was with Integra Realty Resources, where he most recently served as Managing Director in the Dallas, Texas office. Mr. Gill joined one of Integra Realty Resources’ founding offices, Lambis Consulting, as a Senior Analyst in 2009. During his tenure with the firm, he developed appraisal and consulting expertise involving a wide range of property types, including land, office, retail, industrial, multifamily, self storage, manufactured housing, healthcare, and other special‐purpose properties. Mr. Gill began his appraisal career in 2002 with Crown Appraisal Group, moving to Texas in 2005 where he opened and managed their Dallas office. He has successfully completed numerous real estate related courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute, CCIM, and other organizations. Prior to his career in appraisal, Mr. Gill was employed in the information technology industry as an analyst and consultant working for companies such as Key Bank, Andersen Consulting, and Computer Associates
