Kelly is a member of our Great Lakes Property Management Team and serves as a Property Manager for a diverse portfolio of retail, office, and industrial buildings in Michigan and beyond. With a unique eye for attention to detail, Kelly is a professional, but friendly, asset to both tenants and landlords alike.
Kelly currently manages a diverse portfolio of assets for JLL, which range from Class A office properties to vacant retail locations. She is experienced in managing properties for distinguished landlords, with high profile tenants.
Kelly also serves as a member of Ann Arbor’s brokerage team, which gives her a unique perspective on tenant-landlord relationships as well as a proficiency in analyzing lease contracts. With 11 years of brokerage experience, Kelly has participated in and managed a wide variety of consulting, lease and sale transactions involving office, research, and commercial buildings. Kelly is part of a team responsible for leasing of several “Class A” assets in Ann Arbor.
Kelly graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Political Science.
