Current responsibilities
Justin Lossner leads Iowa’s office practice group overseeing the Agency and Tenant Representation teams based in Des Moines, Iowa.
Since 2004, Justin has worked on some the most complex office projects and year after year has completed many of the markets largest transactions earning him the respect of his client’s and peers.
A sample of his recent work include closing a built-to-suit for Holmes Murphy (100,000 SF), the largest lease in 801 Grand History with Fidelity and Guaranty Life (110,000 SF), a lease transaction with MMC (218,000 SF), and the disposition of 909 Locust (225,000 SF) along with the lease-up of the redeveloped project.

Education and Affiliations
Justin received his B.A. from The University of Northern Iowa in 2023. Justin joined the JLL team in 2014 after 10 years in the industry working at R&R Realty Group and Principal Global Investors. Justin previously acted as Broker for a 6.5 million square foot portfolio comprised of Class ‘A’ office and industrial space for a private developer in Des Moines.
His experience also includes serving as a team member on an East Coast real estate acquisition team for Principal Global Investors. His team acquired over $500 million in investment real estate in a one-year period. Justin is engaged in the community and maintains leadership roles on several nonprofit boards.
