Current ResponsibilitiesJoseph serves as Territory Lead for Orlando and Jacksonville markets reporting directly to the Regional Manager for Florida. The primary responsibilities include strategy, execution, cultural leadership and national and local client relationships and strong partnership in business development. Joseph is responsible for shaping and driving the vision, strategy and multi-year plan with success metrics to achieve a market leading position for Property Management.
ExperienceOver the past several years have been successful in negotiating approximately 500 lease deals encompassing four million square feet in excess of one billion dollars. Enhanced value for clients through strategic planning which includes investment analysis, operation analysis and positioning of the property in the market place in accordance with market trends. Clients served include CW Capital, First Industrial, Prudential, Met Life, Aetna Life Insurance and TIAA-CREF.
Prior to joining JLL Joseph served as Director of Property Management for Colliers International South Florida. In this role Joseph was directly responsible for overseeing the day to day management and leasing operation of approximately 30 properties and 4 million square feet of flex industrial, office buildings and retail shopping centers. Primary goal was to ensure client satisfaction along with the profitability of the company by generating additional income while keeping operating expenses as low as possible. Duties also included new business development for the company.
Prior to Colliers International South Florida, Joseph served as Regional Asset Manager for DBSI. As Regional Asset Manager for the Southeast and Northeast portion of the United States responsibilities included the leasing and management for over 80 properties in 12 states such as Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. The portfolio included Class A office buildings, flex industrial and anchored shopping centers ranging in size from 50,000 to 650,000 SF.
