John is a Managing Director in the Atlanta office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He specializes in debt and equity placement for all property types and has extensive experience in real estate investment banking. Prior to joining JLL in 2003, he was a managing co-founder of Spring Street Capital, a boutique mortgage banking firm based in Atlanta.
John also founded Bravo Realty Consulting, which provided capital advisory services for real estate clients, besides opening and managing new Atlanta offices for BBVA Compass Bank and Wrightwood Capital. In addition, he is an active investor in real estate ventures throughout the Southeast U.S., mainly focused on multi-housing and healthcare properties.
