John specializes in agency representation in office properties for both existing and ground-up developments. His clients include both institutional and entrepreneurial landlords.
John has more than 30 years of experience in agency representation in the Arizona market. His transaction experience includes over 3,500 leases that range as large as 300,000 square feet and historical transactions in excess of $2.2 billion.
Prior to joining JLL, John gained real estate experience at Insignia/ESG, Trammell Crow, Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial, LLC and Cassidy Turley.
John attained his bachelor degree, with focus on Business and Communications, at the University of Iowa. He is a former board member and current member of NAIOP. He was also a board member of the Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis in 2008–2009. In 2006-2019 he was awarded the Costar “Power Broker Award” and in 2016 he was awareded JLL’s Top Gun Acheivement Award, an award given to the top 10% of the company. In 2019, John made the Top 10 list in the JLL Phoenix office.
