Experience
Joe joined JLL in the 2008 merger with The Staubach Company, where he was Executive Vice President of the Colorado Front Range Division for twelve years. During that time, he earned a reputation as one of the most successful negotiators in the region, while the office grew exponentially in number of associates, revenue and amount of square footage leased.
As a recognized name at the highest levels of national tenant representation, Joe has negotiated well over $2 billion in office leases for corporate clients including Qwest, IBM, T-Mobile, Pinnacol Assurance, Wheeler, Trigg & O’Donnell P.C. and Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHAFA).

Education
Joe majored in Business Economics and Finance and received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Colorado State University.

Joe is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS®, the Denver Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Denver Partnership. He is actively involved in Brokers Benefiting Kids, Save Our Youth and the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business Mentorship Program.
