Current Responsibilities
Joe is an Managing Director on the JLL Brokerage team, and focuses on expanding the Orlando Brokerage business through his broad knowledge of the Central Florida region. Joe has extensive experience in Tenant Representation, with a strong concentration on Office Leasing.
Experience
Prior to joining the JLL team, Joe co-founded Coughlin Commercial Real Estate in 2007 after four years with Cushman & Wakefield of Florida, Inc. During his tenure with Coughlin Commercial, Joe specialized in Tenant Representation, build-to-suit and site selection, financial analysis, and lease and contract evaluation. In the span of his commercial real estate career, Joe has successfully leased and sold more than twenty-five million square feet of space with transactions totaling more than $1 billion.
This outstanding record of success was achieved through Joe’s passion for the commercial real estate industry, his honesty, integrity, and astute attention to his client’s needs.
Education and Affiliations
Joe is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida, and graduate of the University of South Carolina, where Joe received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate. In his spare time, Joe is NAIOP - Central Florida Chapter Member, and actively volunteers throughout Central Florida with multiple community organizations
