Current responsibilities:

With an inherent focus on building client relationships by exclusively representing tenants throughout his 23 years in commercial real estate, Mr. Bernstein serves as a Managing Director with Jones Lang LaSalle in the San Diego office.
Committed to providing premier level personal service and support, Mr. Bernstein has earned a high level of repeat and referral business from his loyal client base. Mr. Bernstein’s expertise includes lease negotiations, renewals, pruchases and tenant improvements specifically designed for today’s demanding corporations.


Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 2008, Mr. Bernstein was Vice President of Corporate Services for The Staubach Company, San Diego Region. Among the wide range of local San Diego companies that Mr. Bernstein has represented are Kleinfelder, InnovaSystems International, Considine & Considine, REVA Medical and US Bank.

Preceding his position with The Staubach Company, Mr. Bernstein was with The Sande Company for over five years and began his real estate career as an Associate with Equis Corporation. While with The Sande Company and Equis Corporation, Mr. Bernstein represented such clients as JIT Express, L + L Printers, Palomar Technologies, and KPFF Consulting Engineers.
