Current Responsibilities
Jodi Janda is currently a Senior General Manager providing oversight of almost 1,000,000 square feet of commercial high rise properties in downtown Denver and the Denver Tech Center. Her responsibilities include client relations, the management of daily operations; preparing financial reporting; the annual budget and budget reforecasting; management of construction projects; building tenant relationships and oversight of administrative and engineering staff. Jodi has assisted a 240,000 square foot property obtain ENERGY STAR certification from 2013-2017.
Experience
Jodi has over eight years of commercial real estate experience. She joined JLL in the 2013 acquisition of Means Knaus Partners. Prior commercial real estate experience includes; managing over 8000,000 square feet of mid-rise and campus style properties in the Denver Tech Center, tenant and client relations, assisting in the annual budget process and monthly accounting, as well as assisting in lease administration on behalf of the clients.
Education and Affiliations
Jodi holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan. She is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and is involved in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
