Current responsibilities:

Jessica currently leads our Project and Development Services (PDS) team in the Northwest region. Her collaborative and responsive leadership ethos extends to clients and industry partners to create an inclusive culture, inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service. Jessica’s priorities lie in delivering on the ambitious goals of her clients and teams alike.

In addition, Jessica leads the Hospitality practice for the West Region. Jessica has extensive experience managing large and complex hospitality projects, having represented both the owner and occupier, which gives her a broad perspective on the needs of a diverse set of clients.

Experience:

Jessica has 25 years in construction and project management. Prior to rejoining JLL in 2019, she served as Vice President of Construction at Pyramid Hotel Group managing over $65M of renovation projects throughout the United States. During Jessica’s previous tenure at JLL as a Senior Project Manager, she was involved in completion of over $240 million in hospitality renovation projects.

Jessica has also served as Director of Assets and Procurement for Larkspur Hotels & Restaurants managing capital improvement projects and renovations for over 23 hotels and restaurants across the West Coast. She oversaw the creation and management of annual capital budgets for the portfolio, procurement of all FF&E and OS&E for capital and renovation projects, and oversight of construction renovation projects at seven of the properties.

Jessica received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communications from University of California at Davis and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
