Executive Vice President
Jennifer Jones currently serves as the Industrial Property Management Lead for JLL’s property management group in Georgia, Tennessee and Mississippi. In this role she works with property teams managing industrial properties on behalf of JLL’s investor clients. She leads a team of real estate professionals in strategically positioning assets through the clients’ hold cycles, driving client satisfaction through operational excellence and accretive capital planning to maximize real estate investment returns. Her particular strengths are tenant and client relations, asset repositioning and property transitions.
Jennifer has over 20 years of experience managing office, industrial and retail portfolios in the Southeast on behalf of private equity and institutional investors. Jennifer has experience with a variety of property types ranging from high-rise office to distribution centers to specialty R&D facilities. She has a proven track record managing properties through their investment hold cycle from core and shell construction delivery, through lease-up to asset disposition.
Jennifer plays a lead role in identifying and executing solutions to address client’s unique objectives. She has managed over $35 million in site improvements, tenant build-outs, and building systems upgrades consistently delivering projects on time and on budget. Additionally, Jennifer serves as a subject matter expert in both operations and finance for the JLL national property management platform and helps drive innovation in the delivery of property management services.
