Mr. Kembel leads the office Agency leasing division for Kansas City. For over 22 years he has been involved with Class A & B Landlord representation for some of the largest institutional investors in the county. Mr. Kembel also played the lead broker for local investment sales of numerous office properties on behalf of national and local owners as well as receiver for special servicers and banking institutions.
