Jeff Dreher joined JLL in March of 2019 in the Louisville, Kentucky office as a Vice President and has over 25 years in the commercial real estate industry. Jeff specializes in the leasing and sale of office properties and office tenant and landlord representation. His representative clients include landlords, headquarters relocations, healthcare companies, law firms, call centers, data centers, financial service firms, and general office users.
Jeff began his real estate brokerage career in 1994 with Commercial Kentucky | Cushman & Wakefield. In addition to receiving numerous awards, including being named to the Midwest Real Estate News Hall of Fame, and working with several philanthropic groups, Jeff also holds the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation and is very active in the local chapter. He is also a frequent contributor to the SIOR magazine, Professional Report.
After graduating from Southern Methodist University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance and Real Estate Double Major, he earned his MBA from Bellarmine University in 1999 and currently serves on Bellarmine University’s MBA Advisory Board.
In his free time, he likes to spend time with his family, playing golf, and attending various social events with friends.
