Career Summary
Jeff Adkison is Managing Director in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Development and Asset Strategy group within the Capital Markets Group. Mr. Adkison specializes in land and underutilized real estate assets. Mr. Adkison advises clients on assets ranging from high value urban core locations of less than one acre to large-scale parcels in excess of 50,000 acres.
Mr. Adkison brings more than 20 years of real estate experience in markets throughout North America. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle Mr. Adkison was an institutional real estate investment and development executive with Mitsui/SBD Properties.
He has been working on a number of high profile projects in Hawaii including the sale of the Toyota National Headquarters Campus in Torrance California. He has recently been managing several high profile development project land dispositions throughout the Western US. Mr. Adkison has facilitated development, underwriting and capital structuring on transactions spanning all major asset classes of land, office, industrial, retail, multi-family and hospitality facilities. He also has substantial experience advising institutional clients on portfolio land development and acquisitions.
