Current responsibilities:
Jayme is an experienced commercial real estate broker who joined JLL in 2024. With 10 years in the industry, she brings valuable expertise from her previous role leading a boutique third-party brokerage team.
In her new role at JLL, Jayme will lead the retail team, using her skills to lease and sell shopping centers and retail spaces. She's known for her analytical approach and strong people skills, which help her build lasting relationships with clients, landlords, tenants, and industry colleagues.
Jayme has a strong grasp of market trends, property valuation, and negotiation tactics, consistently achieving positive results for her clients. She excels at interpreting complex market data and spotting new opportunities. Her commitment to staying current with industry developments and her history of closing significant deals make her a respected advisor and leader in commercial real estate.
Experience:
Prior to joining JLL, Jayme led the Beyond Brokerage team, an affiliate of Northpoint Development. While at Beyond Brokerage Jayme worked across various property types, including office, industrial, multifamily, and retail spaces. She enjoys working with both landlords/sellers and tenants/buyers.
Education and Affiliations:
Jayme has a Bachelor’s of Science and a MBA from the University of Missouri. She is involved in the local CCIM and CREW chapters, is a member of ICSC, and participates in various local chambers. When she’s not working Jayme enjoys spending time with her family, going on adventures, and traveling. Jayme is licensed in Missouri and Kansas.
