Jay Keeney has been active in commercial real estate in the Chicago metropolitan area since 2006. Mr. Keeney is an experienced real estate professional with a proven track record of developing solutions to exceed client expectations. He is an expert in portfolio strategy / optimization and complex real estate transactions for office and industrial clients. Passionate and dedicated to client relationships and service, he is charged with the following:
- Partner with corporate real estate teams to develop strategy and direction of real estate portfolios
- Manage transaction managers and analysts to achieve maximum client satisfaction and career development
- Introduce best practices to increase optimization and efficiency
- Use real estate expertise and knowledge on complex transactions to advise clients, maximize leverage, and reduce risk
- Motivate JLL and third-party brokers and consultants to meet clients’ standards for quality, timeliness, and responsiveness
