Jason is an Associate in the Tampa office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than nine years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on seniors housing and healthcare. As a member of JLL’s U.S. Capital Markets Healthcare Group, he is responsible for investment advisory, debt and equity transactions throughout the United States. Over the course of his career, Jason has been involved in real estate transactions totaling more than $8 billion across all seniors housing property types, skilled nursing and specialty healthcare properties.
Jason started at HFF in September 2017. Before that, he was a senior appraiser within CBRE’s senior housing and care specialty practice. Prior to that, he was a senior associate with HealthTrust, a seniors housing and healthcare real estate advisory firm.
