Manage southwest region commercial appraisal team
- Providing valuation and investment analysis for a given property type
- Building financial models and performing market research
- Performing review of appraisal reports by judging accuracy, reliability, and credibility of the report
- Providing mentoring and guidance to supporting associates
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Jason managing a work in process of over 15 assignments per month with IRR as their multifamily expert. He entered the appraisal industry in 2015 with experience under private valuations through IRR and government assessor valuations through the State of California and Arizona. In his time at IRR Jason successfully managed complex assignments including: market studies, HUD compliant valuations, LIHTC, affordable projects, student housing, and complex mixed-use developments.
