Career summary
Jarrod is a Senior Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and focuses primarily on debt and equity placement transactions for industrial, office, retail, and multi-housing properties across the U.S. Throughout his career, he has participated in more than $4 billion in transactions.
Prior to joining HFF, Jarrod was an Associate with the Real Estate Investment Banking group at JLL in Houston. There he focused on the financial analysis and underwriting of commercial real estate assets pertaining to debt and equity capital raises and was a member of JLL's Next Generation Program. Jarrod began his career as an Analyst at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage.
Jarrod is the Founder and Chairman of Dallas' Tomorrow's Leaders, an organization benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and he is an active member of the Board of Directors for the Northeast Texas Chapter. He is also a member of The 43 Club, an organization affiliated with the George W. Bush Presidential Center at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
