Current Responsibilities
Janae Larson is the Assistant General Manager for 621-633 17th Street located in Denver Colorado. 621-633 17th Street consists of two high-rise office properties, totalling over 1.3M RSF in Denver's Central Business District.
Janae works in conjuction with the Senior General Manager to assist in the delivery of dependable high quality management and accounting services to over 80 tenant companies and one of JLL's most demanding clients, Blackstone-Equity Office. She is responsible for the management of daily operations; financial reporting; vendor and service provider management; oversight and professional development of the Property Administrator and Tenant Services Coordinator.
Experience
Janae has been with JLL's Property Management division since 2015 and was previously the Property Administrator for Dominion Towers. Dominion Towers is a Class A office tower located in Denver's Central Business District containing 613,527 square feet of commercial office space. Prior to joining JLL, Janae worked as an elementary school teacher in Arizona.

Janae has a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Colorado at Denver.
