International Director - Leads Americas CS Solutions Development Business

Current responsibilities
As the Americas Corporate Solutions Development lead, Jim is responsible for the Solutions Development Services business for all of JLL’s corporate clients. This includes establishing and driving the business and service strategies, national pricing, service line profitability, best practices, marketing, client development and relationship management and innovation across the firm’s 120+ Corporate Solutions clients. Jim also chairs the Solutions Development Global Board driving the overall strategy and vision of this Business.


Prior to his role as Solutions Development lead in the Americas, Jim led the JLL CS PDS business group responsible for client and business development representing all the services of the firm. Before he worked within Solutions Development, Jim served as director of Project Management for the Bank of America account, leading a 270-person team to oversee all project management work within a 54 million sq. ft. global portfolio.

In addition, Jim also served as the National Practice Lead for Workplace Provisioning. He led the roll out of this national platform by building process and technology to integrate workplace functions such as small project management, relocation management, furniture and asset management, space planning, and CAD/CAFM management. This consolidation of services is now a core product offering for PDS.  

With more than 22 years of experience in corporate real estate asset and project management, Jim has managed large Project Management and Strategic Planning Departments and has completed numerous diverse and complex projects. Prior to joining JLL, Jim was the Planning and Implementation Manager with Ford Motor Land Services Corporation wherein he completed projects including the Ford Motor Company World Headquarters and Research & Engineering Center renovations.​


Education and affliations
Jim holds an MBA in finance with an emphasis in corporate real estate from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Grand Valley State University.  He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Michigan, North Carolina and South Carolina as well as licensed Builder in Michigan. He is also a long time member and participant of the IFMA and CoreNet organizations. ​
