Jake is a Managing Director in the Seattle office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and is responsible for the origination and execution of debt and equity transactions for multi-housing in the Pacific Northwest.
Jake began his career in commercial real estate as an Analyst at HFF in 2018, where he acquired sound fundamentals for property analysis and valuation, focusing on the underwriting and execution of construction, bridge, and permanent financing for multi-housing assets. In January 2020, he was promoted to Director to help lead the multi-housing debt platform in the Pacific Northwest. Throughout his time at JLL & HFF, Jake has been involved in more than $2.0 billion in completed transactions with various agencies, life companies, debt funds, and banks.
