Responsibilities and Experience
Jaclyn Ward co-leads JLL Los Angeles’ agency leasing practice and splits her time between the firm’s West Los Angeles and Downtown offices. She joined JLL in 2011 immediately following graduation from USC. Jaclyn provides investors and occupiers with customized creative office strategies and an attention to detail that enables a more holistic and thoughtful approach to leasing through tailored prospective tenant messaging and outreach, marketing, relationships and technology.
Jaclyn’s range of experience includes landlord, tenant, local market and sale advisory roles, with a primary focus on agency representation on the Westside and LA’s emerging creative office submarkets. She is well-versed in representing both institutional and private clients in a broad range of complex transactions.
Education and Affiliations
Jaclyn holds a B.A. from the Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences at the University of Southern California; she is a member of the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association (LACRA) and a volunteer at veteran-focused non-profit, Team Rubicon. In 2012, she was awarded JLL’s top regional contributor award for Los Angeles, recognized in 2018 by TheRealDeal as a rising star of L.A. commercial real estate, and Connect Media’s 40 under 40 in 2020. She most recently served as the elected president of JLL’s 12-seat national Leadership Council Advisory Board, who advises JLL's executive leadership on important company initiatives, especially those related to technology, best client practices, and the advancement of the company's emerging and diverse talent. Jaclyn is a member of JLL’s national agency leasing council which connects agency leads across the country regarding market/tenant/deal trends and best practices.
