Jaclyn Ward is based in both JLL’s West Los Angeles and Downtown LA offices, joining JLL in 2011 immediately following graduation from USC. Jaclyn provides clients with resourceful real estate solutions through an excellent knowledge in securing optimal real estate solutions while managing costs and risks, and a keen understanding of the millennial employee profile and associated creative, content and media tenant demands. Jaclyn’s range of experience includes landlord, local market and sale advisory roles, with a primary focus on creative office agency leasing. She is well-versed in representing both institutional and private clients in a broad range of complex transactions, including EQ Office/ Blackstone, Commonwealth Partners, Viacom, Atlas Capital Group, Westbrook Partners and Ocean West. Jaclyn has advised on approximately 3.5M SF of deals (not including sales and market advisory roles) with an aggregate transaction value worth north of $900M.
Jaclyn holds a B.A. from the Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences at the University of Southern California; she is a member of the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association (LACRA) and a volunteer at Team Rubicon. In 2012, she was awarded JLL’s top regional contributor award for Los Angeles, as well as annual achievement designations from 2015-2019. Jaclyn is the elected president of JLL’s 12-seat national Leadership Council Advisory Board, and was recognized as a rising star of commercial real estate by TheRealDeal in 2018.
