Jack Harris is the newest member of Denver’s Logistics & Industrial Services team. His primary focus is to help broaden the team’s success thru generating additional business, while helping to maintain existing clients needs with speed to market on active listings and direct showings, along with immediate accessibility on industry intel impacting the local industrial real estate market. Jack will work with institutional, regional, local and national corporate clients, accomplishing their real estate goals throughout the Metro Denver area and surrounding markets.
Previous intern at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in Costa Mesa, California where he was responsibility for telemarketing, generating leads, participating in trade organizations, cold calling and other techniques to obtain/maintain business. Jack took a deep dive into the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry, including weekly training sessions by senior leadership. His responsibilities included, identifying, qualifying, developing and executing strategy to target new accounts, and introduce new products and services. Prior, during his academic career at the University of Colorado, he evaluated initiatives for Justin’s Nut Butter, Rachio and Noodles & Co by building financial models using future cash flows, IRR and NPV to determine viability for future profitability/loss and provided further recommendations for the company.
Education and Affiliations
Jack received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado Boulder – Leeds School of Business, with a dual emphasis in Finance and Real Estate.
