Current Responsibilities
Josh Lipoff is Executive Vice President of JLL’s Industrial Team in Orlando, FL. He specializes in large regional distribution centers, warehouse buildings, institutional landlord representation and manufacturing plants in Central Florida. In the past few years, he has been involved in some of Orlando’s largest and most complex Industrial transactions.
National Clients served over the years have included: McKesson, Ocean Spray, Walgreen’s, Mattress Firm, Sysco, Freeman, Iron Mountain, United Stationers & Kellogg’s.
Experience
Josh brings over 14 years of corporate business development and has successfully negotiated several million square feet of Central Florida’s Industrial team transactions. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 2011, Josh spent 4 years with Colliers International’s Industrial team in Philadelphia.
Education and Affiliations
Graduate of the University of Miami, receiving a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Professional Membership Organizations: Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), Urban Land Institute, & NAOIP, Currently working towards both the CCIM & SIOR designations, Licensed real estate salesperson in Florida.
