Ivana Maldonado Signor is a member of JLL’s Global Energy and Advanced Mobility group, a board member of JLL’s Latino Empowerment Resource Network (LERN), and part of the Northern California Industrial Super Region. She supports the team with data analytics, site selection, and transaction management support for clients locally in the Bay Area and nationally through multi-state site selections.

Ivana is an industrial associate who strives to deliver impactful solutions backed by thorough research and analysis. Her meticulous analysis comprehensively evaluates macro and microeconomic factors, unveiling their impact on local real estate markets and operation costs. Ivana develops strategies that provide a holistic approach to decision-making. Ivana is a dedicated advocate and trusted advisor, offering expert guidance to her clients.
Since joining JLL in 2023, she has worked on transactions representing both tenants and landlords.
Ivana started her commercial real estate career as an intern at institutional ownership groups before taking on a brokerage role.
Education and Affiliations:
Ivana is a first-generation graduate of California State University, Sacramento, majoring in Real Estate Finance. She is a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network, CREW East Bay, and CREW Silicon Valley.
