Current responsibilities
Ian Henderson is a Senior Managing Director in the Tenant Representation Group at JLL. 

Over the past 22 years, Ian has completed many high-profile relocations and lease renewals for a blue-chip list of clients that include law firms and other professional service companies, financial institutions, utilities, government agencies, non-profits, and multi-national corporations.  

As a result of his success, he has consistently been ranked among Atlanta’s top commercial brokerage professionals by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.

Prior to joining JLL, Ian worked at Cushman & Wakfield’s Atlanta office from 1991 to 2013 and served as lead partner on a six-person team specializing in strategic occupancy, consulting, negotiation strategy development, acquisitions and dispositions, build-to-suits, sale/leasebacks, and financial structuring. 

He is recognized for his experience completing large and complex real estate assignments both in Atlanta and across the country.

Ian is a graduate of Kenyon College. 

As active member of the community, Ian has been  involved with Habitat for Humanity, Lovett School Annual Fundraiser, Fernbank Natural History Center, Woodruff Arts Center, and the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation. 

He enjoys, hunting, fishing, politics, and military history.  He resides in Atlanta along with his wife and three children.
