Current Responsibilities

Ms. Simpson is a Senior Project Manager for JLL’s Project and Development Services team in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her responsibilities include management of the day-to-day activities between the Client, Architect, and Contractor to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the design, budget and schedule requirements of each client. 


Ms. Simpson has over 18 years of experience and has managed a variety of Medical, Industrial, and Office projects ranging from ground up construction to tenant improvements, in addition to high-end executive suites and law firm improvements to more typical industry standard buildouts. 

Prior to joining JLL, Ms. Simpson was an Owner’s Representative / Project Manager for Eagle Realty Group where she successfully led the $400 Million, 42-story Queen City Square (QCS) project. While in this role, Ms. Simpson led the demolition of a brownfield parking garage site and early phases of core and shell construction, as well as executed over 21 floors consisting of 600,000+ s.f. of Class A Tenant Improvements. Ms. Simpson was the recipient of the “William J. Williams Team of the Year” Award. She also exceeded the Minority, Women’s, Small Business Enterprise Goals for the project and led the LEED Gold Certification from USGBC of the Core and Shell and LEED Gold Certification for the anchor Tenant Improvement project.

Education and Affiliations 

Ms. Simpson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering Technology, from the University of Cincinnati where she graduated with honors. She is a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design + Construction, and is proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
